The candidate must have a minimum of 15 years experience in construction and site execution, with proven leadership in managing installation teams and delivering projects safely and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise installation of ground-mounted and rooftop solar PV systems
Execute projects from structure installation to module mounting and DC works
Lead site teams including technicians, electricians and subcontractors
Ensure alignment, leveling and structural accuracy of mounting systems
Coordinate with project engineers and site management
Monitor daily site progress and manpower productivity
Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality requirements
Handle site logistics and material coordination
Support testing and commissioning activities
Requirements:
Minimum 15 years overall site execution experience
Proven experience in solar projects between 1 MW to 50 MW
Strong understanding of mounting structures, module installation and site layout
Ability to read construction drawings and installation plans
Strong leadership and workforce management skills
Knowledge of safety procedures and site discipline
GCC experience preferred
