Traffic Foreman Required fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)


Traffic Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating all on-site traffic management activities to ensure safe and efficient traffic flow around construction zones. The role involves implementing approved Traffic Management Plans (TMP), supervising traffic crews, and ensuring full compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local authority requirements.



Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead traffic control teams on-site.
Implement and maintain approved Traffic Management Plans (TMP) and Traffic Temporary Control Plans (TTCP).
Coordinate with Traffic Police.
Ensure proper installation, positioning, and maintenance of traffic signs, cones, barriers, and safety devices.
Monitor work zones to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project standards.
Conduct daily inspections of traffic arrangements and report any deficiencies.
Ensure all traffic equipment is in good condition and properly stored.
Prepare daily activity reports and manpower allocation.
Coordinate lane closures, diversions, and road closures as per approved permits.
Ensure all workers follow safety procedures and wear proper PPE.
Respond immediately to traffic incidents or emergencies within the work zone.


Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in traffic management or road construction projects.
Good knowledge of traffic control standards and safety regulations.
Experience working with local authorities and traffic police.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and during night shifts if required.
Must be Arab and fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) to effectively coordinate and communicate with Traffic Police and local authorities
