Heat Exchanger Bundle Puller Operator

An operator's job involves more than just pushing buttons; it is a high-risk technical role that includes:

Rigging: Attaching slings, shackles, and the puller machine to the exchanger safely.

Machine Operation: Controlling the hydraulic systems to ensure the bundle is pulled out straight. If it is pulled at an angle, it can damage the internal baffles or the shell.

Leveling: Ensuring the "Aerial Bundle Puller" (if used with a crane) stays perfectly balanced while suspended in the air.

Safety: Monitoring pressure gauges to ensure they don't use too much force, which could cause a catastrophic mechanical failure
