Key Responsibilities & Duties
Data Management & Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, or monthly reports on sales, inventory, and KPIs, creating data visualizations and dashboards.
Systems Maintenance: Ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems, including databases and software applications.
Data Analysis: Interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for operational improvement.
Database Administration: Maintain data integrity, security, and accuracy, including backing up and retrieving data.
Technical Support: Troubleshoot IT issues, manage software/hardware, and collaborate with IT teams for system enhancements.
Collaboration: Work with various departments (HR, Finance, Sales) to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
