Key Responsibilities:
* Daily Zoho Management: Maintain and update all bookkeeping records on a daily basis within Zoho Books to ensure real-time financial accuracy.
* Project Budgeting: Develop and monitor project-specific budgets, using Zoho’s reporting tools to track actual vs. estimated costs.
* Invoicing & Site Coordination: Monitor project execution on-site and coordinate with the team to submit accurate progress invoices via Zoho immediately following work completion.
Requirements:
* Language: Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic.
* Software: Hands-on experience with Zoho Books (essential) and Zoho Projects (preferred).
* Skills: Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between site execution and financial reporting.
