Job Summary:
We are looking for a Procurement Specialist with solid technical procurement experience in EPC, electrical, and mechanical projects. The candidate must have strong knowledge of the Saudi market and hands-on experience managing procurement activities independently, including structured manual tracking and reporting.
Experience Requirements:
7–8 years total procurement experience
Minimum 4 years of experience within Saudi Arabia
Proven experience in technical procurement for Electrical, Mechanical, or EPC projects
Strong knowledge of local suppliers, vendor networks, and market pricing
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full procurement cycle from RFQ to PO issuance
Review technical specifications in coordination with engineering teams
Prepare and manage RFQs, bid comparisons, and commercial evaluations
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules
Prepare detailed comparative statements and cost analysis reports
Maintain strict tracking of procurement status, delivery timelines, and payment schedules
Coordinate closely with logistics, warehouse, and project teams
Maintain updated vendor database and supplier performance records
Ensure materials are delivered in line with project schedules and budgets
Technical & System Requirements:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
Strong ability to build and maintain manual tracking sheets for RFQs, POs, deliveries, payments, and budget monitoring
Capable of handling detailed procurement logs, trackers, and reporting dashboards independently
Experience with ERP or SAP systems is an advantage
Skills & Competencies:
Strong technical understanding of electrical and mechanical materials
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Commercial awareness and negotiation capability
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple packages simultaneously
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

Transferable Iqama preferred
