Commercial And Contracts Supervisor– National Infrastructure Program

We are looking for a Commercial and Contracts Manager to oversee contract administration, variations, and financial protection of a large-scale, multi-region program across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage contractual compliance and obligations
• Administer subcontract agreements and commercial terms
• Lead variation and claims management
• Monitor financial exposure and margin protection
• Review payment applications and commercial documentation
• Support negotiations with suppliers and partners
• Provide commercial risk advisory to senior management

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of commercial or contracts management experience
• Background in EPC, infrastructure, or large field-based operations
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC or similar contract frameworks
• Experience managing claims and variations
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
