Assistant Manager Resource Planning – Multi-Region National Program

We are looking for a Resource Planning Manager to oversee workforce planning and allocation for a large-scale, multi-region program across Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and allocate manpower across multiple regions
• Monitor workforce utilization and productivity
• Align resource deployment with approved schedule
• Forecast staffing requirements based on program phases
• Coordinate mobilization and demobilization plans
• Support performance reporting and workforce analytics

Requirements:

• 6–10 years of experience in workforce or resource planning
• Experience in construction, infrastructure, or field-based operations
• Strong coordination and scheduling skills
• Experience managing large distributed teams
• Strong reporting and analytical capability
