???? Key Responsibilities:
1.Bank Journal Entry Recording: Record the bank journal daily in a timely manner to ensure consistency with the bank statements.
2.Cash Journal Entry Recording: Record the cash journal daily in a timely manner, ensuring daily balance and monthly reconciliation, with accounts consistent with actual cash on hand.
3.Bank Payment Entry: Record payments for employee iqama renewal, transfer of sponsorship, and SHEIN and TEMU COD payments.
4.Complete OA Process Filing: Finalize OA workflow filing and return the payment receipt (bank slip).
5.Authorize Bank Payments: Review and authorize payment applications submitted by the preparer and handle subsequent processing (excluding employee iqama renewal, transfer of sponsorship, SHEIN, and TEMU COD payments).
6.Bank Liaison: Responsible for bank account opening and issuance of bank guarantees; handle account information changes and other banking services.
7.Download Daily Bank Statements: Download daily bank statements and share them with relevant group chats.
8.Authorize Daily Tax Advance Payments.
???? Requirements:
1. Financial experience; familiar with cashier payment procedures;
2. Proficient in using office software such as Excel and Word;
3. Familiar with basic operations of accounting software;
4. Understanding of national financial policies, accounting and tax regulations; familiar with bank settlement procedures；
5. Integrity and Honesty: Possessing high professional ethics, honesty and trustworthiness, strictly protecting company financial confidentiality, and having no record of any improper behavior；
6. Attention to Detail and Meticulousness: Highly sensitive to numbers, possessing strong logical thinking ability and error detection ability;
7. Strong Sense of Responsibility: Strong ability to work under pressure, able to complete daily settlement work on time;
8. Candidates with work experience in Saudi Arabia or banking will be given priority consideration.
