Job Summary:
The Outlet Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth B2B sales processes, customer satisfaction, inventory control, and financial performance. The role includes managing staff, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and Saudi regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
Supervise daily outlet operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Ensure proper invoice issuance and compliance with ZATCA e-invoicing regulations.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams.
Ensure proper product display and organized store environment.
Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with B2B clients (wholesalers, retailers, distributors).
Identify new business opportunities within the region.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Financial Control
Oversee daily cash handling and reconciliation.
Monitor credit customers and follow up on outstanding payments.
Review daily sales and financial reports before submission to Head Office.
Control operational expenses to maintain profitability.
Team Management
Supervise, train, and motivate cashier, sales staff, and store personnel.
Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
Conduct performance evaluations and recommend improvements.
Ensure staff compliance with company policies and dress code.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with VAT and ZATCA regulations.
Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness.
Submit periodic sales, stock, and performance reports to management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in retail or B2B outlet management (preferably FMCG or perfumes industry).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management.
Strong financial and analytical skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic preferred).
