Job Summary:
The Mechanical Supervisor is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and controlling all site activities related to Plumbing and Fire Fighting systems installation, testing, and commissioning.
The supervisor leads site technicians, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Supervision & Execution
Supervise day-to-day site activities for plumbing and fire fighting systems, including:
Cold & hot water supply systems
Drainage, waste & vent (DWV) systems
Irrigation systems
Fire fighting systems (sprinkler system, standpipe, fire pump rooms, foam system)
Hydrostatic pressure testing
Flushing and cleaning of pipe network
Fire fighting flow and pressure tests
Drainage testing
Ensure installations comply with approved shop drawings, material submittals, method statements.
Coordinate pipe routing, equipment installation, supports, sleeves, and openings with other trades.
Monitor manpower productivity and allocate resources efficiently.
Report daily progress, site issues, manpower status, and material requirements to the Project Manager.
Request required Materials as approved shop drawing
Ensure tools, equipment, and machinery are used properly and safely.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical / Plumbing / Fire Fighting Systems.
5–8 years of hands-on site experience, preferably in Gulf countries.
Strong experience in plumbing and fire fighting systems installation.
Ability to read and understand shop drawings and schematics.
Good leadership and team-handling skills.
Skills & Competencies:

Practical knowledge of plumbing and fire fighting materials and methods
Ability to solve site problems and work under pressure

Job Summary:
The HVAC Supervisor is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and controlling all site activities related to HVAC systems installation, testing, adjusting, and commissioning.
The supervisor leads site technicians, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timely completion of HVAC works in accordance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Supervision & Execution
* Supervise day-to-day site activities for HVAC systems, including:
o Chilled water systems
o DX systems (Split units, Package units)
o VRF/VRV system
o Air handling units (AHU), fan coil units (FCU), and ventilation fans
o Supply, return, fresh air, and exhaust ductwork
o Dampers (fire, smoke, volume control)
o Insulation works for ducts and pipes
o Installation of grills, diffusers, and louvers
o Refrigerant piping, drainage piping, and accessories
o HVAC equipment installation and alignment
* Supervise HVAC testing, adjusting, and commissioning activities, including:
o Duct leakage testing
o Air balancing and airflow measurement
o Refrigerant pressure testing and vacuuming
o System functional testing and performance verification
* Ensure HVAC installations comply with approved shop drawings, material submittals, specifications, and method statements.
* Coordinate duct routing, piping, equipment locations, sleeves, and openings with other trades (civil, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting).
* Monitor manpower productivity and allocate resources efficiently.
* Report daily progress, site issues, manpower status, and material requirements to the Project Manager.
* Request materials in accordance with approved shop drawings.
* Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, lifting devices, and machinery in a safe manner.
* Maintain site safety standards and ensure compliance with project HSE requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Diploma or Technical Certificate in HVAC / Mechanical Systems.
* 5–8 years of hands-on site experience, preferably in Gulf countries.
* Strong experience in HVAC systems installation and supervision.
* Good understanding of HVAC drawings, schematics, and technical details.
Skills & Competencies:
* Strong site supervision and coordination skills
* Practical knowledge of HVAC equipment, ductwork, piping, and insulation
* Ability to troubleshoot site issues and work under pressure
