We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Extrusion Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining extrusion machinery used to produce high-quality products from materials such as plastics, rubber, or metals. You will ensure smooth production flow, monitor product quality, and perform regular machine maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and set up extrusion machines according to production specifications.
Monitor the extrusion process to ensure optimal material flow and product quality.
Adjust machine settings, including temperature, speed, and pressure, to maintain consistent product quality.
Perform quality checks on finished products, including dimension verification and defect identification.
Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues during the production process.
Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of extrusion machines and related equipment.
Maintain accurate records of production parameters, machine settings, and any operational issues.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as an extrusion operator or in a similar manufacturing role preferred.
Basic mechanical and technical understanding of extrusion machinery.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
