• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Troubleshoot hardware faults in the control panel and field devices.
• Prepare service reports and update maintenance records
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and control strategies.
• Understanding of networking concepts related to BMS.
• ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations.
BMS Operator Job description:
• Monitor the BMS & SCADA systems' performance and report abnormalities
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Attend breakdown calls and ensure quick resolution
• coordinate with HVAC, electrical, and mechanical teams
• maintain proper documentation of maintenance activity
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience in the BMS system
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and control logic
• Familiar with PLC, DDC controllers
• Ability to read electrical drawings and control schematics
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in shifts
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
