About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control activities for high-end finishing and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of interior works, materials inspection, project documentation, and compliance with international standards.Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain Project Quality Management Plan (PQMP)
Establish QA/QC procedures for finishing and fit-out works
Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
Conduct inspections for:
Gypsum partitions & ceilings
Marble & tile installation
Joinery & woodworks
Painting & wall finishes
MEP coordination related to fit-out
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on quality matters
Prepare and manage ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), Method Statements, and Material Submittals
Handle NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and ensure corrective & preventive actions
Conduct internal audits and quality training sessions
Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO 9001 preferred)
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture or related field
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in finishing & fit-out projects
Strong knowledge of QA/QC documentation and procedures
Experience working with consultants and client inspections
Familiarity with Saudi building standards and project regulations
Certification in ISO 9001 Lead Auditor is an advantage
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting systems
