Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:
•Support and maintain Email and IT devices
•Install and maintain networking equipment
•Monitor and maintain CCTV and surveillance systems
•Provide technical support to operational staff
•Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
•Coordinate with suppliers for spare parts and repairs
•Ensure all IT systems are fully operational during peak hours

Requirements:
•2+ years experience in IT Support / Technical Support
•Knowledge of Cloud email system and cloud hosting management
•Experience with POS systems and CCTV
•Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
•Immediate problem-solving skills

Preference: Indian candidates preferred
