Urgently require a procurement lead for a EPC company

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Manage procurement budgets, track expenditures, and report on cost-saving initiatives
- Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and vendors to ensure quality, timely delivery, and competitive pricing
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with vendors and service provider
- Establish and maintain supplier performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations


Qualifications & Skill

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience (4–6 years) in procurement, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/lead role.
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, supply chain management, and contract law.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP/procurement software and MS Office Suite
