We are urgently looking for an Electrical Supervisor for a large manufacturing process industry (preferably with experience in an aluminium cast house).
Eligibility / Requirements:
✅ B.E. or Diploma in Electrical Engineering required.
✅ Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a large manufacturing process industry as an Electrical Supervisor (mandatory).
✅ Engineering license is mandatory.
✅Strong experience in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting in industrial environments.
✅Strong technical knowledge of induction furnaces and their working principles, with hands-on experience in troubleshooting motors including induction, DC, and servo motors, as well as encoders. Skilled in handling AC/DC/servo drives with basic programming, overhead crane systems, and motor starters such as DOL and star-delta. Capable of reading wiring diagrams, identifying electrical components, and configuring circuits. Experienced with sensors, transducers, solenoid valves, FRL units, and hydraulic systems including cylinder seal replacement. Possesses basic knowledge of PLC and HMI systems. Fabrication skills and experience with HV systems, transformers, and RMU will be an added advantage.
