Job Description:
To deliver an efficient and effective secretarial and administrative support service to the Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) Service. The role covers the full range of service delivery to staff, clients, non-employees, and external agencies; secretarial duties/diary management to the Head of Occupational Health (OH) and Head of Health & Safety (H&S); supporting administration systems; training administration; and contributing to the smooth administration of the department.
Qualifications:
High School Education of Equivalent ESH Certification
Proficient in English Language
Proficient in Computer Usage (Words & Excel)
Valid KSA Driver License
Minimum of 3 Months Valid Iqama
