• Repair defective electrical products (e.g., vacuum cleaners, TVs, microwaves, blenders, mixers, water dispensers, etc.) according to technical center procedures.
• Diagnose issues and prepare charge estimates for out-of-warranty and misuse cases.
• Order and control spare parts usage.
• Maintain good coordination with suppliers to resolve pending cases.
• Update the system daily with completed work.
• Prepare technical reports for review by the Senior Electrical Technician.
• Ensure compliance with service SOPs and achieve assigned service KPIs.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Electronics or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics repair (preferably in authorized service centers).
• Strong repair skills in TVs (LCD, Plasma, CRT), home theaters, microwaves, and small appliances.
• Customer-oriented with strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
• Iqama profession must be “Technician.”
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership or eligible to obtain it.
Working Hours:
• 48 hours per week
• One day off
