Roasakva Cafe is looking for an experienced Store Manager with a strong background in the Food & Beverage industry to lead our operations team.
Preferred Applicant:
Filipino nationality (preferred)
Minimum 3–5 years experience as Store Manager in café/restaurant operations
-Strong leadership and team management skills
-Experience in sales growth, cost control, and inventory management
-Knowledge in staff scheduling, training, and performance management
-Strong customer service orientation
-Ability to handle daily operations and ensure smooth service
-Familiar with Foodics POS systems
-Good knowledge on Microsoft office applications
