Key_Responsibilities
Managing end‑to‑end WPC production operations
Supervising material preparation, mixing, extrusion, cooling, cutting, and finishing
Ensuring high‑quality WPC boards, profiles, doors, frames, and panels
Monitoring production lines and improving efficiency
Coordinating with procurement for raw materials (wood powder, PVC, additives, colors)
Implementing quality control standards and resolving production issues
Managing factory workforce and ensuring safety compliance
Coordinating with sales and project teams for order planning and timely delivery
Maintaining production reports, KPIs, and operational documentation
Required Skills & Experience
Strong background in WPC/Wood Plastic Composite manufacturing
Hands‑on knowledge of extrusion machines, molds, dies, and production lines
Ability to manage teams and handle daily factory operations
Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
Understanding of quality standards and production optimization
Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is preferred
