Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and manage office solutions and fit-out projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and budgets.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in coordination with senior management and clients.
Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
Manage project budgets, cost control, and procurement processes.
Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and local authorities' requirements.
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are met.
Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of project management experience (preferably in office fit-out, furniture solutions, or construction projects).
Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
Experience managing budgets and vendor contracts.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD (preferred), and Microsoft Office Suite.
PMP certification is a plus.
Valid Saudi driving license preferred.
