A reputable healthcare institution committed to excellence in patient care and operational efficiency. We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Accountant to oversee financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and financial controls within the organization.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in safeguarding the clinic’s financial integrity and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate financial management.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accordance with applicable accounting standards
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow management
Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts
Ensure compliance with tax laws, healthcare financial regulations, and internal policies
Coordinate internal and external audit processes
Provide financial analysis and reports to senior management
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred
Minimum of 3–5 years’ relevant accounting experience (experience in healthcare or regulated environments is advantageous)
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations
Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Demonstrated integrity, analytical capability, and attention to detail
