Experience Minimum: 03 Years
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and repair or replace defective components to ensure uninterrupted operation.
Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose electrical faults, mechanical failures, and plumbing issues using tools and diagnostic equipment.
HVAC Maintenance: Monitor and maintain Air Conditioning units, chillers, and ventilation systems, including cleaning filters and monitoring gauges.
Electrical & Plumbing Tasks: Repair lighting fixtures, panels, and sockets; fix water leaks, unclog drains, and maintain pumps.
Inspections & Safety: Conduct regular building inspections, maintain fire protection systems, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
