Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Front Desk & Administrative Duties:
Welcome and greet walk-in clients professionally
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and email inquiries
Schedule appointments and consultations
Maintain client records and update data in the system
Keep the reception area organized and presentable
Coordinate with operations and processing team
🔹 Sales & Client Handling Duties:
Explain immigration and visa programs clearly to clients
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales
Achieve monthly sales targets
Provide accurate information about services and fees
Maintain strong client relationships and provide after-sales support
Assist in marketing activities when required
Requirements:
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Presentable and professional personality
Sales experience (immigration/service industry preferred)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM)
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Fluent in English (Urdu/Hindi/is an advantage)
