Minarat Delivery Solution W.L.L. is looking for a Food Delivery Riders Supervisor to manage and supervise delivery riders and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will oversee rider performance, ensure timely deliveries, and coordinate with platforms and restaurants to maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage a team of delivery riders.
Monitor riders’ attendance, schedules, and performance.
Ensure timely and efficient food deliveries.
Provide training and guidance to new riders.
Handle operational issues and resolve delivery problems.
Coordinate with delivery platforms (Talabat, Keeta, Jahez, etc.).
Track rider productivity and prepare daily reports.
Ensure riders follow company safety and service standards.
Requirements
Previous experience in delivery operations or logistics supervision preferred.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of delivery platforms and navigation apps.
Good communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus).
Valid driving license preferred.
