I am offering a furnished room in a 2-bedroom apartment on a sharing basis. The washroom and kitchen will be shared.

The room rent is SAR 950 per month. Electricity and water charges will be divided at the end of each month. WiFi is available at an additional cost.

The apartment is located in Mishrifah 2, near the Pakistani Consulate and Bindawood, with access to Madinah Road in less than a minute. Parking is not available inside the building; however, there is sufficient parking space available in front of the building or on the corner side.
