• Managing incoming and outgoing project documents and maintaining document register
• Preparing document transmittals, submittals, and tracking logs
• Good knowledge of document numbering, filing, and document distribution
• Experience using Aconex, EDMS, and other document management systems
• Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, and document tracking reports
• Coordination with engineers, consultants, and project teams for document submission and approvals
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage large volume of project documents
