Experience in workforce planning and recruitment forecasting
Ability to develop detailed recruitment strategies and plans
Knowledge of HR procedures and end-to-end recruitment processes
Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
Familiarity with HR systems (SuccessFactors preferred)
Knowledge of labor market trends and recruitment analytics
Experience with global or cross-border recruitment processes

Experience with Power BI and recruitment analytics
