Key Responsibilities:
Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for trucks.
Diagnose mechanical and technical issues and ensure proper repairs.
Manage and guide mechanics and maintenance technicians.
Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate purchase requests.
Maintain maintenance records and reports for all vehicles.
Ensure fleet reliability and minimize unexpected breakdowns.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in truck or heavy equipment maintenance.
Strong knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, electrical, and air systems.
Ability to supervise and manage a maintenance team.
Experience in transportation or fleet operations is preferred.
