It is in ground floor and looking for educated & decent single person ( married person ). It is totally 4 rooms family apartment and I'm only looking for 1 person to take 1 room separately.

3 months advance rental amount on agreement.
My family only visit once in a year for 1 month school holidays and I'm living only in furnished flat.
