Must have the knowledge about sea freight
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations and logistics processes.
Arrange transportation of goods via land, sea, or air.
Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping companies regarding shipment schedules.
Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
Prepare and process shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and delivery notes.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff.
Resolve any delivery issues, delays, or transportation problems.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and import/export procedures.
Maintain accurate records of shipments and logistics transactions.
Coordinate with finance and purchasing departments regarding shipping costs and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in logistics coordination or supply chain operations.
Knowledge of shipping procedures, freight documentation, and customs clearance.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems (ERP).
Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with international shipments and freight forwarding companies.
Knowledge of import/export regulations.
Familiarity with warehouse and inventory management systems
