I am offering a furnished family apartment for rent for 06 months(+renewable). The details are below,

Double Bed, Cabinets, dressing, and a Sofa set owned by the owner.
01 Medium fridge, 01 double bed mattress, 02 single bed mattresses, carpet and gas cylinder must be kept in the extra price (these all belong to me).
The electricity bill is separate.
No water bill.
Contract period is 05 April 2026 to 30 sep 2026 (aprox 06 months) + renewable
06 months' rent = 13,500 shall be paid in advance before shifting.
