Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed inspection logs, prepare inspection reports, and document Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for defects.
Code & Standard Compliance: Verify compliance with project specifications, industry standards (e.g., ASME, API), and regulations.
Material & Welding Inspection: Inspect raw materials and verify welding, including Pre-Heat Treatment (PWHT) and NDT (UT, MT, PT, RT).
Pressure & Functional Testing: Witness hydrostatic or pneumatic pressure tests on piping and vessels.
Vendor & Site Surveillance: Perform factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site inspections to ensure proper storage, preservation, and installation.
