We are seeking experienced 𝐏𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐐𝐀/𝐐𝐂 𝐜𝐮𝐦 𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐈𝐧-𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞 professionals for industrial painting and coating projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for both 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞/𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬.

🔐 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
🔹Oversee and supervise daily painting and coating activities at site.
🔹Ensure all surface preparation, blasting, and painting works comply with approved specifications, ITPs, and standards.
🔹Perform inspections for surface preparation, WFT/DFT, paint mixing, application, and curing.
🔹Monitor environmental conditions and ensure compliance prior to painting.
🔹Manage site manpower, materials, and equipment to meet project schedules.
🔹Coordinate with client, consultant, and third-party inspectors for inspections and approvals.
🔹Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation including inspection reports, checklists, and NCRs.
🔹Ensure implementation of approved method statements, safety procedures, and quality plans.
🔹Monitor productivity, work progress, and report daily/weekly status to project management.
🔹Identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

🎓 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
🔹Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant technical discipline.
🔹2–3 years of experience in industrial painting and coating projects.
🔹Strong knowledge of surface preparation, blasting grades, coating systems, and inspection techniques.
🔹Familiarity with ISO, SSPC, NACE standards.
🔹BGAS certification is mandatory.
🔹Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
🔹Candidate must have a transferable visa (Iqama).

Salary: SAR 3000 to 3500 (Shall be discussed based on the expertise)
