WE. LOGISTICS is expanding its commercial team and is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth in domestic transportation and last-mile delivery services. The ideal candidate will have a strong B2B sales background within the logistics sector and a proven ability to develop and manage key accounts in Bahrain.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies for domestic transportation and last-mile delivery services
Identify new business opportunities and onboard corporate / retail clients
Manage key customer accounts and maintain long-term client relationships
Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements
Lead negotiations, close deals, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Coordinate with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
MBA or professional sales certifications will be an added advantage
Experience
Minimum 5–7 years of proven sales experience in logistics, transportation, courier, or last-mile delivery
Strong experience in B2B sales within the Bahrain market
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Requirements & Skills
Strong understanding of domestic transportation, fleet-based logistics, and last-mile operations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build strong client relationships and close high-value deals
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset
Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is preferred
Valid Bahrain driving license is an advantage
Mandatory Requirement
