I hold a Master’s degree in Computer Science, and all my academic qualifications are properly attested by the Government of Pakistan, Higher Education Commission (HEC), and Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA). I also possess a Cisco Networking Certificate, which has strengthened my professional knowledge in modern IT and networking technologies.
I have professional experience in the Telecommunication sector in Saudi Arabia, where I worked for two years on Huawei Telecom projects as a DT (Drive Test) Engineer / Technician. During this role, I gained hands-on experience in telecom network performance testing, signal analysis, network optimization, and troubleshooting mobile network issues.
My technical expertise includes advanced knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, TCP/IP protocols, IP addressing, subnetting, configuration and troubleshooting of switches and routers, and enterprise network support. I also have practical understanding of telecom network technologies, LTE/4G network testing, drive test tools, data analysis, and network quality optimization.
In addition, I have strong skills in IT technical support, system administration, hardware and software troubleshooting, operating system installation and configuration, network monitoring, and infrastructure management. I am capable of diagnosing and resolving complex IT and networking issues, ensuring stable and efficient system and network performance.
With my strong academic background in Computer Science, Cisco networking certification, and practical telecom experience on Huawei projects in Saudi Arabia, I am confident in contributing effectively in roles related to IT Support, Network Engineering, Telecom Network Optimization, and Infrastructure Management.
