We are looking for a SAP BASIS L1 / L2 Support Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to join our client’s team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for candidates who are looking to build their career in SAP system administration and support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for SAP BASIS environments.
Monitor SAP systems to ensure availability, stability, and performance.
Perform basic system administration tasks such as user administration, transport monitoring, and job monitoring.
Support SAP installations, patches, and kernel upgrades under senior guidance.
Assist in system troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Monitor system logs, background jobs, and system performance.
Coordinate with functional teams and escalate issues when required.
Maintain operational documentation and support procedures.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in SAP BASIS support or administration.
Basic knowledge of SAP ECC / S4HANA environments.
Understanding of transport management, system monitoring, and user administration.
Familiarity with Linux/Unix and database basics.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to work in a support and operations environment.
Preferred
SAP BASIS training or certification (plus).
Exposure to SAP Solution Manager is an advantage.
Candidate must have valid iqama and Martial Status Single (Preferable).
