Holding six year in the field of piping construction and inspection with a valid SAP NO.
Inspect pipes, fittings, flanges, and valves and verify MTC (Mill Test Certificate) with drawings and specifications.
Check fit-up alignment, root gap, bevel angle, and cleanliness before welding.
Ensure welding is done as per approved WPS and codes like American Society of Mechanical Engineers.
Coordinate and verify NDT tests such as RT, UT, PT, and MT.
Perform dimensional inspection (routing, slope, elevation, supports, valve orientation).
Witness hydrostatic testing, check calibrated pressure gauges, and confirm no leakage.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, QC records, and test packs for client approval (e.g., Saudi Aramco projects).
