BONUS: I am leaving all remaining food/pantry items and cleaning supplies for the new tenant.
Terms:
Furniture Price: 620 SAR (must be bought as a combo).
Move-in: Approx. March 12/13.
Rent: March is free; April is your first payment to the landlord.
