URGENT: Production Supervisor (Plastic Bags / Local Transfer) - Askar

We are seeking an Indian candidate (under 35) for a Production Supervisor role at our plastic bag manufacturing facility in Askar. Applicants must be available for local transfer only and ready for immediate joining within a maximum of one week. The starting salary is 200 BD, which is negotiable depending on your profile, plus company accommodation or a housing allowance. The standard work schedule is six days a week, 9 to 10 hours a day depending on factory needs.

The ideal candidate must have strong, hands-on knowledge of the plastic bag manufacturing process and the specific machinery involved. Your primary focus will be overseeing daily floor operations, independently troubleshooting machine issues as they arise, and implementing practical solutions to make production more efficient and reduce material waste.

You will be responsible for managing the factory staff to ensure daily production targets are consistently met. Because you will be leading a diverse team on the floor, fluency in English and at least one other Indian language is strictly required.
