Project Duration: 2 years (Fixed-term)
We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Site Engineer to spearhead a construction project in KAEC. This role requires a professional who can blend technical mastery of the Saudi Building Code (SBC) with the leadership skills needed to manage a large-scale workforce and maintain peak quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Site Leadership: Oversee all onsite construction activities from mobilization to handover.
Supervision: Provide direct guidance to the Site Supervisor and Foreman, ensuring all work aligns with engineering drawings.
Manpower Management: Efficiently manage and allocate the labor force to meet project deadlines.
Quality Control: Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and safety protocols throughout the 2-year duration.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all structural and civil works comply with local Jeddah and KAEC municipal regulations.
Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum 8 years of solid onsite experience in civil engineering.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Saudi Building Codes and construction materials.
Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams.
