EHSS Supervisor - Expert In ESG

We are seeking a dedicated EHSS Supervisor for a full-time position in Jeddah, with a minimum of 10 years of experience. The successful candidate will oversee and implement EHSS policies and programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies while fostering a culture of safety across all operations.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring EHSS policies and procedures.
- Conducting risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
- Leading incident investigations and recommending corrective actions.
- Providing EHSS training and awareness programs for all staff levels.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance with local, national, and international EHSS standards.
- Collaborating with project teams to integrate EHSS best practices into daily operations.
- Preparing reports and maintaining records related to EHSS performance metrics.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in EHSS roles, preferably in the relevant industry.
- Strong knowledge of EHSS regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP), NEBOSH, or equivalent certification preferred.
