We are seeking a highly skilled Civil or Architectural Engineer to lead the construction and fit-out of a new fast-food restaurant project. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of delivering F&B projects in Saudi Arabia from the shell-and-core stage to the final handover.



Key Responsibilities / المسؤوليات الرئيسية
Oversee structural, architectural, and fit-out works to ensure high-quality execution.
Ensure all designs and construction comply with Balady (Municipality) and Saudi Civil Defense regulations.
Coordinate with MEP and kitchen equipment vendors for seamless integration.
Manage project timelines, site inspections, and contractor performance.
Requirements / المتطلبات
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of direct experience in restaurant construction within KSA.
Professional Status: Must be registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
Knowledge: Deep understanding of Saudi building codes, safety standards, and municipality permit processes.
Languages: Proficiency in ; Arabic is a strong advantage.
