Job Title: Senior Quality Engineer (Instrumentation)
Job Responsibilities:
? Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures for pressure and temperature measurement devices.
? Monitor the quality of raw materials and finished products to ensure specification compliance.
? Conduct regular testing and analysis of devices in coordination with technical laboratories.
? Analyze defects and prepare regular quality reports.
? Collaborate with production and development teams to drive continuous quality improvement.
? Ensure compliance with local and international safety and quality standards.
? Participate in internal and external quality audits.
? Review and approve product documentation to ensure quality standards are met.
? Analyze warranty and field failure data to improve product reliability.
? Manage non-conformance reports and coordinate with production teams for resolution.
? Ensure traceability of components and materials through documentation and labeling.
? Promote a culture of quality awareness and continuous improvement across the organization.
? Develop, implement, and maintain ISO quality system documentation (procedures, work instructions, and records) to ensure compliance, effective implementation, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field (e.g., Mechanical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering).
? Previous experience in quality management for pressure and temperature measurement devices or similar fields.
? Good knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
