We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our presence in the industrial construction & Facility Management sector across Saudi Arabia.
The role will focus on identifying project opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, and supporting tendering activities for major industrial and infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and track industrial construction project opportunities within sectors such as oil & gas, energy, manufacturing, and infrastructure.
- Lead the preparation and submission of Expressions of Interest (EOIs), Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), pre-qualification documents, and tender submissions.
- Coordinate closely with Engineering, Estimation, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure compliant and competitive proposals.
- Manage and update the business development pipeline and CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of opportunities and client interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and government authorities.
- Support strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and subcontracting opportunities for major industrial projects.
- Represent the company at industry forums, exhibitions, and networking events to strengthen market presence.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
• 10+ years of experience in business development or tendering within industrial construction / EPC / infrastructure sectors
• Strong knowledge of Saudi industrial project market and client prequalification processes
• Excellent communication and proposal-writing skills
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
