I am searching for Procurement ,Logistics ,Administration and Data entry position.I have more than ten years experience in Administration,Logistics operations, Procurement and supply chain support, I bring strong expertise in sourcing, vendor management, cash and credit purchases, documentation control, and cross-functional coordination to ensure uninterrupted operations.

I am currently based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and my Iqama is transferable, allowing me to join immediately and comply with local employment requirements.

In my most recent role as a Administrative & Logistics and Procurement Coordinator at LASOONA Relief & Development Organization, I managed end-to-end procurement activities including supplier sourcing & evaluation, market & vendor visits, price and terms negotiation, and urgent material procurement. I played a key role in supporting supply chain continuity by ensuring timely availability of materials, coordinating closely with warehouse teams for Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), and maintaining accurate purchase, inventory, and expense records.

My responsibilities also included managing cash purchase funds, verifying invoices, maintaining supplier files, and tracking procurement and logistics data using MS Excel. I worked closely with finance, warehouse, and operations teams to support smooth supply chain flow, cost control, and compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Previously as a Procurement & Logistics Officer, I supported RFQs, quotation comparisons, vendor negotiations, delivery verification, and procurement documentation. Earlier experience as an Admin & Logistics Officer further strengthened my understanding of administrative controls, logistics documentation, and procurement support functions within a structured supply chain environment.

I hold a Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) along with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and have completed professional training in logistics system compliance, humanitarian operations, and effective presentation skills. I am proficient in MS Excel and MS Office, with exposure to ERP systems, and possess strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
