Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Age: 25 – 35 years
Valid driving license (preferred)
Work Experience
3–5 years of experience as a Business Development Executive in Manpower Supply, Construction, Maintenance, or Trading industries
Strong experience in client acquisition and corporate sales
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Job Description
Identify and develop new business opportunities in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Manpower Supply, and Safety Materials sectors
Generate leads through site visits, cold calling, meetings, and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts professionally
Attend commercial and technical meetings with clients along with the technical team
Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, HR, and Accounts departments for smooth project execution
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
