My responsibilities include monitoring chiller operation, checking compressor performance, inspecting condenser and evaporator systems, monitoring chilled water temperatures and pressures, and ensuring the proper functioning of associated components such as pumps, valves, and strainers. I have also performed routine maintenance activities such as cleaning coils, checking refrigerant parameters, inspecting insulation, and ensuring proper system efficiency.
I regularly perform preventive maintenance on AHU and FCU units including filter replacement, belt and motor inspection, lubrication of bearings, damper inspection, and verification of airflow performance to maintain indoor air quality and cooling efficiency. Additionally, I have experience monitoring HVAC system performance through the Building Management System (BMS), responding to system alarms, reviewing operational data, and coordinating with technicians to resolve faults and maintain system stability.
I am proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical and MEP drawings, enabling accurate understanding of system layouts during maintenance and troubleshooting activities. I also have experience handling technical documentation and site inspection processes, including the preparation and coordination of Material Inspection Requests (MIR), Work Inspection Requests (WIR), and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) in coordination with project engineers, consultants, and site teams.
My experience working with multidisciplinary maintenance teams has strengthened my technical problem-solving skills, planning abilities, and coordination in executing maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
