ADAS Technician (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) DASHCAMS

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled ADAS Technician to join our growing automotive technology team in Riyadh. The role involves installation, calibration, diagnostics, and maintenance of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) integrated with vehicle tracking and fleet telematics solutions.

ADAS technologies are transforming how vehicles protect drivers, passengers, and pedestrians. When integrated with vehicle tracking systems, GPS tracking, fleet monitoring, and real-time telematics, these technologies provide a powerful data-driven approach to road safety, fleet efficiency, and driver confidence.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the proper installation, functionality, and calibration of these safety and telematics systems across multiple vehicle types.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and calibrate ADAS devices and sensors across passenger and commercial vehicles.

Perform radar, camera, and sensor calibration using specialized diagnostic tools.

Integrate ADAS hardware with GPS vehicle tracking and fleet management systems.

Conduct diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs for ADAS and telematics equipment.

Ensure accurate installation and functionality of vehicle tracking, fleet tracking, and real-time monitoring systems.

Perform system testing and quality checks after installation.

Maintain proper documentation of installations, calibration reports, and service records.

Provide technical support to fleet operators and customers regarding system functionality.

Follow OEM standards and safety protocols during installations and calibrations.

Work closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment of technology across fleets.

Requirements

3–6 years of experience in automotive electronics, ADAS systems, telematics, or vehicle diagnostics.

Diploma or degree in Automotive Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.

Strong knowledge of ADAS technologies (radar, camera, sensors, lane assist, collision avoidance systems).

Hands-on experience with vehicle tracking systems, GPS devices, and fleet telematics solutions.

Experience working with diagnostic tools and calibration equipment.

Ability to read vehicle wiring diagrams and technical manuals.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good communication skills and ability to work in field operations.

Must be currently based in Riyadh with a transferable Iqama.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with commercial fleets, logistics companies, or automotive service providers.

Familiarity with CAN Bus systems and vehicle electronics integration.

Experience installing dash cameras, telematics units, and IoT automotive devices.

Basic understanding of data-driven fleet safety and telematics analytics.
